The touching thing is so hard to explain too without offending the other person.

I literally cried when my parents got a new couch because I said it felt gross. It for gave my goose bumps feeling it. But I adapted and use soft blankets so I don’t have to touch it

Omg!!! I NEVER realized the hugging was related to my ADHD. If not on my terms or the right time, it REALLY freaks me out. Just WOW...maybe I'm not damn crazy after all. Find out new things all the time about this.

For me it switches a lot. Sometimes I cant stand any kind of touch, other times it's very needed. Sometimes I thrive in loud environments, and sometimes I want to yell at everyone to shut up for doing small things like turning on the faucet

Completely relate to this… when I was younger I always had issues with my clothes feeling uncomfortable and having to make sure things were seamless / tag-less. It got better as I got older but never completely went away. The last 3 years I’ve been on this healing journey of talking about my trauma and past… my body started reacting to it too. I would average changing 10x a day, having panic / rage attacks and left feeling completely crazy. It’s still not 100% but I’m in therapy and taking fluvoxamine / Wellbutrin. I know it doesn’t work for everyone but it has helped me so much! Hasn’t solved my issues but gives me the space / time to regulate my emotions with the tools and techniques I’ve learned!

Grateful for your channel !!

The texture one is true! I hate it and nobody understands how bothered I am with the textures. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Long conversations where we don’t get to speak. Especially when they just keep repeating themself. It’s like, WE GET IT. You don’t need to repeat yourself 5 times. I got it the first time! I can’t pay attention to any monologue that’s more than 5 minutes.

I duno why but I see myself with in you. I feel great as a human being just because I watch a great person who is sharing what I have to others that also might feel like me or to become aware with such conditions like me. Thanks for making this video, I’ve been tryna understand myself through out the years and now my prayers to know more about myself has finally come true.

>repeating a request or question when I haven’t answered within 5 seconds. some days it doesn’t come out right away and I’m genuinely doing my best to think and it adds more stimulus when I get asked again.

>criticism about caffeine consumption.

>asking “are you okay?” whenever I have a tic. it’s not that I’m annoyed at the concern it’s that i dislike that it draws negative attention to myself. I personally prefer saying “sorry” and moving on but this isn’t a fault of my partner. it’s just personally frustrating.

>when l forget that some people have certain little things that piss them off and then I piss them off because I forgot it pisses them off.

>mimicking my tic back to me. I understand people don’t mean anything and they’re usually just being social and friendly by it but it sets me off. I’ve had to ask my sister not to do this a few times because it just makes me repeat the tic.

>expressing disappointment that I don’t drink in a way that makes me feel bad for not drinking. not like “awwww come on let’s do shots!” but “I’m really sad I can’t drink with you”.
I take a stimulant so I cannot drink.

The texture is so relatable, if the blanket is scratchy I will prefer to be cold than use that

When others make tapping sounds it's so annoying but it's comforting when I do it. And I love hugs and cuddles and stuff, but sometimes I just hate it. It's so random.

Hella relate to all of these. Something I've noticed about myself that I'd be curious if anyone else has experienced, but it's loose items rolling around in the car when I'm driving. Brings me straight into an anxious rage and I HAVE to stop and anchor stuff down or it's bad news for the mood. 😂

Omg yes! When I was younger sometimes my mom would hug me or scratch my back and it made me so uncomfortable and I would get up and move around and try everything to get rid of that sensation 😣

Yes I have it. It’s easier for me to live alone. Otherwise ppl think I’m crazy.
