Will Sansa marry Jon Snow?

Hints in the Game of Thrones books suggest that Sansa Stark will marry a Targaryen – so will Sansa marry Jon Snow? Or will Sansa marry Aegon Targaryen?

I read somewhere that in the books Sansa has actually been thinking about Jon Snow unconsciously for some time. Choosing an identity as a bastard and to model her actions around how Jon would act. Not dancing because Jon didn't like to dance, being more sullen and withdrawn. Comparing people to Jon, etc.

I fully believe Sansa is the younger and more beautiful queen that will cast down Cersei. Cersei constantly underestimates Sansa and thinks of her as a stupid little girl and is too busy being threatened by Margery to think of her...I just want to see her reaction when it was actually SANSA all along

Jon-Sansa are so compelling cause of how they make the story complete a full circle. The matter of Stark and Targaryan marraige ruining Westeros and then a Stark and Targaryan marraige saving it is kinda brilliant. JonSansa have too many parallels and was a deal among many book readers. The base for their ship being too many parallels. Jon Sansa both left Winterfell disappointed with the life there. Jon the North and Sansa the South. Both had high expectations and opinion of knights only to understand a different tale later. Sansa over time slipped into the status of the bastard Alayne and Jon rose up to be a Lord Commander. And the Ashford Theory isn't too bleak. The similarity is uncanny. Jon dreaming of being Aemon the Dragonknight and Sansa Queen Naerys, who were lovers. More than that. Jon in his only wish have wanted to have a family of his and named his children after his lost brothers. And surprisingly the similar PoV with same wants as his is found in Sansa. Sansa wanted to marry Prince Joeffry who was a bastard and in Winterfell there was a bastard Jon Snow who is a Prince. And it goes on. JonSansa are not in the face. But when you delve on it. The parallels and resemblance just hits you on the face. You go like Woah. They are not that unlikely . JonSansa are the best possible match for both of them. And mostly if their marraige happens its stepping stone would be political. But they would grow into it like NedCat. Inspite of all these references the chances of them always seemed bleak but the thing that solidified this not much popular theory is Season 6. The interaction between JonSansa have been a lot and theres not complete platonic edge to the scenes. Like the cloak scene. And the chemistry oozes out of the actors. Season 6 has lot of ground for JonSansa to happen. We have to wait for S7 for the matter to come out. And well the biggest evidence of all. Jon likes redheads.

I like the idea, mostly because Daney/Jon is too predictable and I don't support Arya/Jon, mostly because Arya actually treated him like a brother and she's just too underage for him. Sansa never really treated him like a brother so maybe the knowledge of him being her cousin might spark romantic interests between the two, he'll also treat her well.

I will eat my hat if Sansa doesn't end up Queen as part of the Maggy the Frog prophecy somehow. I consider it a double bluff. Cersei gets it wrong wrt Marg, because she's an idiot. But the narrative gives us the 'obvious' answer that it must be Dany. But Dany is a hopeless Queen and she'd suck and so on. Plus it would make it more ironic that the Queen destined to overthrow Cersei was the one person she didn't think it would be, the one person she continually belittled and dismissed.

I could see her and Jon hooking up. His predilection for redheads and her 'mang can I have just one suiter who isn't a complete fucking psycho'

Can I just ask a simple question here: Why would anyone in their right mind ever believe that Jon is a Targaryan??
Because Bran comes back from the far north & says: Hi. I am a crippeled wierdo & an old man in a tree gave me visions that showed me that my half brother is actually of royal valerian descent.

Reasons for them to marry in the recent future:

1. Sansa has a legal right to both Winterfell and The Dreadfort. Two of
the most advantageous stations in the North, the largest kingdom in
Westeros, and the one Jon is trying to shoulder the weight of.
2.Jon is a Bastard, Sansa a woman, either claim may be tenuously held
while separate, but together their claim would be formidable.
3. Bran will be returning, as the rightful lord of Winterfell people will be
looking for him to (I assume non-violently) usurp his brother's claim.
As a last legitimate son of Eddard Stark. Even Bran may want to reduce
that probability.
4. Jon's claim to the North will be even less legitimate when it's
discovered he's actually a Targaryen. His mother was a Stark, but Sansa
is a direct descendant of Eddard. Some people may not want to follow him as it would mean a Targaryen ruling the North.
5. As an attempt to rebuild House Stark. - It's entirely possible Bran
cannot produce an heir, as he may be paralyzed from the waist down.
6. As you said, they're first cousins not brother and sister. Which is not considered
incest in that universe.
7. The Arya love triangle outline, Sansa makes a little more sense. Especially for the show.
8. Jon never met a redhead that didn't save his life at least one time. Catelyn, Tormund, Ygritte, Sansa...
9. On some level Sansa had direct ties to Houses Stark, Baratheon,
Lannister, and Bolton. Half of which near extinction, and the other half
already are, possibly making her the legal beneficiary to their
holdings, depending on circumstance. (As with the Dreadfort.) Adding Targaryen to the list would be a home run, and she may even have a tenuous claim to the Vale if
something happens to Littlefinger, due to her Aunt Lysa, a connection Jon can't claim.
10. They look like young Ned and Catelyn. =)
