Is it necessary for us to answer all the "suggestions" in the cue card? I think not.

I got a band 8.5 in my IELTS speaking, and I never focused on answering the questions, instead I only focused on the prompt and explained things in ways as I saw fit

as far as I know you don't really have to answer all the bullet points of your cue card but make sure to answer the main question properly for 2 minutes. the bullet points are there to help you think about ideas about what to say but isn't mandatory to speak about all of them

Because, that's one place, everybody has read about, or grandma has told stories about, or Fathers or Mothers have told you that that's the place we all should even die for if needed! 😅...
