I swear this has nothing to do with being a man or a woman

It’s to do with age: e.g. text books for her education
It’s to do with relationships: e.g. him buying food for both him and his girlfriend
It’s to do with where you live: e.g. differing rent

I didn’t see anything that made a specific difference between them as a man or a woman (e.g. period products)
This was just seeing how much 2 different people spend in a week, there’s lots of factors that change how much you spend in a week

Now they should do a video to see who can spend the least amount of money.

A $1600 credit card bill... for the week?! In their 20s?! Bruh... that’s my bill for the MONTH. They have really bad spending habits, I hope this video serves as a giant wake up call for them.

Title should be" who can be more careless with money? Men v women"
Clearly the value of money is a missed concept. Just because you have the money doesn't mean you need to spend the money. With that being said this video is a joke

Haha! My ex husband and I did this years ago (He was constantly bitching that I was shopping and spending too much money). At the end of two months what we found is that I shopped more frequently for small things, but he tended to spend twice as much money on larger things. I would buy things for the house, 10 dollars here, 12 dollars there... but he would go out and buy a video game system for $500. I tended to grocery shop and make meals, and he would eat out every day at work(Even though I offered to bag him a lunch). At the end of two months his spending was easily twice what mine was, although I shopped “more often”, so it seemed like I was spending more

I spent $50 on two new pairs of pants and almost had a panic attack. Seeing people spend this much money gave me so much anxiety lol

These are the type of people that talk about privilege I make around 450 a week after taxes

Being this careless about money is not cool or fun! They’re in a really privileged position to start saving for retirement and investing, rather than blowing it on $10 milkshakes. ✌️

please dont do this, young people... start saving even if its only $20 a month. dont spend money carelessly like them.

Wow they spend a lot of money. Talk about class difference. I thought spending $40 on groceries a week was too much. Sucks to be poor. Can't relate yet.

soo many things off with them and the total
1. many one time only buys (like text books)
2. eating out always cost more. much cheaper to learn how to cook, also pretty fun.... if u dont mange to burn down your apt
3. guy keep buying for 2. maybe it was his week or he always pays. some couples do split the cost.

their amount is crazy. my weekly spending is like $200(not including bills).

Imagine having enough money to buy food and not having to buy the stuff and cook it yourself
