The problem with channels like this is that they think getting 80k+ views on your 4th video is normal. Most people are lucky to get 80 views on their 40th video, but that's the difference luck makes for ya.

The thing for me is I have 21.3K subs, but I only post shorts and for shorts, you need 10 million views in the last 90 days to start making money. One of my shorts got 7 million views, but that happened in 6 months, so only 3 million views of that video got counted towards my 10 million views. All I can say is to try your best and to not give up!
