No system will work, I must work! Sticking to a system and tweaking it can be more helpful than complete overhauls constantly.

I suffer from being too ambitious so Cals tip in the book slow productivity to block time for me every time I schedule something- one for you, one for me- has been a game changer. My stress has gone down and im getting more done.

The Franklin system, the first major duty was planning & solitude. Was to sort out & focus, and the end of day tidy up & prep.

Most people try for 2-3 days and give up. I tried some of your methods 100 days straight and saw a lot in me

I’m a huge fan of you, Cal. I’ve been trying time blocking for a while but I always need to set an alarm to not forget the next time block, but it always tears me out of deep, focused work. Is there another possibility? If you already answered that I’m sorry, I haven’t watch all of your videos yet, but I will. Thank you 🙏

all day event as blocked every day. eliminates most unsolicited brainfart meetings as you are never free and people are forced to talk about a potential meeting upfront which might undo the need for a meeting in the first place. profit.
