I can't move forward in business because I work 60 hours a week at my business….” “I need to get organized…” “I need to build my confidence…” “I have no help..” “I don’t have the money…” Whenever an agent is gives me reasons why they CAN'T move forward I FEEL their pain. In most of the cases I’ve been in their shoes at some point in my career. You need to realize you've got two options: 1. Wait for a magical fairy to come in and save you, or 2. Do something about it. Often times when I approach someone and ask why they haven't honoured their commitment to their business, or can’t make a decision, they respond with a LAUNDRY LIST of “WHY” they, couldn’t… YET in the same sentence they talk about HOW MUCH building the business or going to the next level means to them. If building your business to be at a successful agent or a team leader is what you WANT…. WHAT are the ACTION STEPS that you will take today GIVEN the circumstances you are in? NOT when the time is right, NOT when you feel confident, NOT when you feel ready? NOBODY, let me say this again NOBODY is going to come in and hand you those things just because you asked for it. NOT your coach. NOT your broker…NOT the universe!! YOU!!!
