Thanks Brittany! Your information is always so helpful. I have been on MJ for 11 months now and weight loss had slowed down. I decided to try changing up injection sites before titrating up. I am on 7.5 mg. I want to get the most out of each dose I can. All injections had been in the stomach. I did 2 weeks in the thighs (oh my...that was a stinger) and will do the next 2 weeks in the arms. I will say that my legs are probably the smallest and most athletic part of me, so maybe there not being as much fat/cushion, was the reason. I have found your You Tube channel to be one of the most informative and relative of the many that are out there. Thank you so much for sharing your journey. It encourages me!

🎉🎉I had my telemedicine visit today. I am moving up to 7.5 mg in my next box in two weeks. I agree, with back of the arm injection site. I think that gives me the best results. Why? I don’t know. Maybe because they are closer to the heart and less travel distance to get to the brain? Anyway, I am sticking with alternating arms. Thanks!

I have tried all the sites. I definitely have more side effects in my stomach. I have only done it twice in my arms. But I agree with your results. I think I will try my arms more often than alternating to each site. But it's also very new to me.

After watching this I tried my left arm and I wasn't sick at all just the burps and no appetite. I just started 10 this week and normally 2 days after each injection I get the burps, severe stomach problems no appetite and I don't want to even smell food. I suffer with IBS have since childhood from constipation to the other so bad I can't leave the bathroom I'm so weak I just lay on the floor on a towel with the trash can until I can get up. I was on Ozempic but it had been out for 2 months so I switched to Mounjoro .5 for a month. 7.5 for 6 weeks then 6 weeks off because it was not available finally the pharmacy told me all they had was 10 and only 3 available so my Dr. approved the 10. So far I have lost about 50 pounds. I probably would have lost more had I been able to take it consistent. Im so far loving the 10. GI Dr. advised taking mirilax for IBS which I've been hesitant to use but I think prior to my shot next week I'll start. I love your calmness glad I found your channel.

My doctor told me to inject in my inner thigh, works for me. Previously, I had been injecting on the top of my thigh but it was causing bruises, probably hitting the muscle.

🎀 Hi, Brittany. I have always used my thighs and am a chicken at the thought of switching as most of the time, I feel good with appetite suppression and not too many bad side effects.
