So when I walked out after 2 years he blamed me for ruining our marriage. I didn't know it was narcissism at the time.

I was reverse discarded alittle over a month ago. She did all of the signs until I walked out on a Saturday night, by Sunday morning the smear campaign had begun and had her mom texting me crap while she played the victim. Had a guy sleeping in our bed just days later…I knew she was cheating on me the entire time that’s why I left. 3 months before I left I started to learn about Narcissistic Abuse(never knew after 14yrs on and off) but something about her seemed so weird and off putting I started to see a counselor and educate myself so I could deal with the b****. She played a good game, unfortunately we have two children together but so far I’ve managed to set up a “parenting plan” which doesn’t involve me having ANYTHING to do with her. Actually doing a lot better by myself, focusing on work, hobbies, my kids and my friends. I no longer suffer as bad as I did with the mental and emotional trauma but it does still linger daily…no joke, I know it takes time but I believe I’m moving along nicely. I hope that anyone who reads this or watches this video can escape before it’s to late! Don’t let the narcissist destroy you! Don’t let them because if you do…they will! Bless you all!

All I can say is they will bleed you of all your energy and light and will look the other way when you turn off the power. No gratitude, just resentment at not getting their way, even if you've saved their life (more thsn once) and took care of them for 10 years.

This is spot-on. My reverse discard was seven months ago. I ended up having to get a protective order because he attacked our daughter. He has been love-bombing his new supply and her kids and barely deals with his own kids.

She did everything as described in this video, when I finally had enough I walked away. No contact for several weeks she texts me saying that she was getting rid of the rest of my belongings, then she says…”I guess that’s what you wanted uh.” I told her to do what she’s gotta do, I’ll replace those items✌🏿.” I’m done.

I was discarded or reverse discarde 6 months ago, no closure no explanation, he knew exactly what buttons to push, no complains, no conversation, no prior warning, on the contrary, in the morning " I love you, you have nothing to worry about" in the evening " you gotten too old and I am sick and tired of you" I left into the hospital where my heart stopped and my lungs gave up. While I was in the hospital he took a restraining order on me, threw me out of the house and I have not seeing or talked to him since that night. 25 years together, 24 married he is fighting me for every penny, controlling everything, not letting me have my clothed or personal possessions demanding 50% of estimated value. He's got it all, the marital house, the car, all the furniture and I a had to buy all of the things I need to live my life. What can I say? He's been mentally abusing me and still is abusing me, but I am no longer a victim, I am free! and he can go to hell with all his stupidity and stubbornness. He can just go to hell, where he's been all his life and still is because he's been miserable, not able to love or receive love and happiness. Always jealous of others, always wanting what others have, manipulating and lying. What can I say? He's been mentally abusing me and still is abusing me, but I am no longer a victim, I am free! and he can go to hell with all his stupidity and stubbornness.

This is spot on. I was gaslighted while I was working. The guy called me three times when I was at work and threw a tantrum when I didn't pick up my phone. But I was at work so I couldn't answer. He knew that too. Then he played a game with answering his phone when I got off from work. I told him that I don't play games. He said "WHO WOULD TURN OFF their phone at work?! WHO does that?". I can't believe that a real adult who is 37 would even say that...😳 That was definitely a sign that they guy is nuts and a manipulator. I haven't spoken to him since. Clearly he has no boundaries or respect for other people. It also shows his ignorance for people who have jobs...But it's not that ignorance he cares about. It's controlling other people for his own benefit so he can prey at any time.

Towards the end of our 20 year marriage in one of his episodes as he was raging he stated that he was going to teach me what shame was, that if I had confidence in my own self and body I would have no problems being our boat with my top off around children and others. If I couldn't be on the boat without my top off then I should go get on medication for depression.
On another occasion he woke me up at 6:30 in the morning to tell me he was so worried about me that he thought I might overdose accidentally and commit suicide on pain medicine and that he loved me, this was the same month unbeknownst to me he took out over $900, 000 in loans and credit cards to franchise a new business which seems to be a pyramid scheme. He would go after me and set me up and then on the weekends get up before me and make breakfast bring me breakfast in bed, however after eating I would become extremely lethargic and tired and just could not get through my day. After I left him this mysterious weekend exhaustion stopped.

For about a year he changed dramatically, obviously (lost 30 pounds) and was sadistic and cruel to me. I asked him 5 times if he had found someone new. He lied until I was so paralyzed, I demanded he tell me the truth. The second he blurted out that he was in love with another woman, I was galvanized into action to end the 15 year marriage, Divorce him and fly across the country. I did and I’m free! It’s all crystal clear now.

I was reverse discarded by my boss. After two years of devaluation and disrespect while I played it cool and grey-rocked through it all, he finally ramped it up and threatened a smear campaign. I was faxed over fake "minutes" from a meeting we supposedly had outlining all kinds of things that were wrong with me. He even signed it, as if that would authenticate his lies. Earlier that day we had actually had a pleasant conversation when he dropped by the office, but he had closed my office door which confused me at the time. After that fax, I realized he did it so others in the office wouldn't know what had actually been said and would be more likely to believe his lies. I resigned the next day! There is simply no co-existing with them once they know you know.
