Just to mention, subtitles is not a different word for captions. Captions are the written version of what is being said, subtitles are a translated version of what is being said into another language.

This worked for me also some times if you have never did the subtitles thing it will first ask you to make an automatic language for your channel click your language then it’ll take you to the add language page and go from there
