How to add captions in Capcut

It don’t work for me it says to create audio captions turn on volume or add audio to your video but I already added audio and turned on my volume

I can not find nowhere how to add "Musical Notes" symbols in-between the right and left sides of my lyrics. Like this: 🎶 Lyrics of a song 🎶 in the PC application.
Perhaps Capcut can not take Special characters? 🤔
