My boyfriend loves mushrooms so I decided to make this for him; he said "this is the best dish I have ever had in my life!" (Maybe he was exaggerating a little lol) I made it twice in a row that's how much he, and myself, loved it. Thanks for the recipe!

I just made this for my kids and I have a picky one who does not like veggies but she actually liked the mushrooms... I didn't tell her about the garlic and onion in it haha. I served it over white rice with oven roasted fingerling potatoes and green onions. It was so delicious!! Thank you for sharing this recipe it's definitely going to become a regular for us! 😁👍
