If you cant play CS2 you can still play CSGO, but only with bots.

valve will HAVE to optimize the game. Valorant has a lower hardware requirement and I think valve won't let that happen. The reason why they did cs2 in the first place was to combat valorant. Them not optimizing the game would push a lot more people to valorant if and when cs2 fully takes over csgo.

my pc run csgo over 300 fps, but in cs2 my pc is strugguling to run on 100fps and when when the players trow smoke or something the game drops to like 30fps

I get 140-180 fps in CSGo on my Ryzen 5 3550H and RX560 4GB laptop. But CS2 runs like dog shit. With everything on low i am getting less than 60fps. Mostly in mid 40s. It is borderline playable.
*update: after the few patches that valve released, i am getting 90-120fps in premiere now.*

2:05 they didn’t optimise jacksh*t tbh bloody valorant gives me 100 to 120 fps while cs2 is giving me about 40 to 50 max is I am lucky maybe 60 CSGO IS A GAME FOR LOW END DEVICE AND THESE RASCALS MADE IT HIGH END WOW NO WONDER PEOPLE ARE LEAVING CS2 THAT GAME SHOULD BE DEAD

on csgo i could run on 60-100 fps but trying now its borderline unplayable, even with lowest settings i get <30 fps, valve will need to do some major tweaks to the game to make it playable for lower end pc players

It runs poorly on high end too dont worry. I get 400 fps in csgo but cant get more than 100 in cs2

CSGO was such an amazingly optimized game for nearly any PC build man, from an old laptop to the latest builds. Sucks to see Valve go in this direction for the future of their games without optimizing them upon launch. GMOD is virtually the last breed of valve games low end PCs can run well, which probably won’t be long until its support and online is cut too for the next rendition.

The worst thing is when the smoke fades. For me when it happens it just drops from 70 to 20 (somewhere around it) and I am not joking, I actually check it through cl showfps

i was getting 80fps easliy on csgo (1024x768 low) but cs2 barely gets 60 (800x600 low), they truly need to improve fps thats why im not playing csgo for 1-2 months. and on valorant 1080p low gives me above 60 too

i hate cs2 cause i upgraded my pc better but for cs go normal and there we go i have 30-60 drop frame is dedly and cs go is competetive its not story game wtf real inferno are not playable y’all feel how its it bad feel
