I realise that everyone has different issues and I had tried all different solutions but this is what worked for me. Thanks alot dude! My fps was fine but when I was in gun fights there was alot of stutter and sometimes felt it when just moving around the map. It is nice and smooth now :)

I have 300+fps on all high setting. On the training mode i dont have Stuttering but when it comes to play online mode i have sometimes 0, 5 seconds Stuttering . How to fix this?

nothing ive done ahs worked properly. when i first played it was fine and then a few days later i started to stutter the whole game (at 200+fps) every game i played. did everything until the point i uninstalled and re installed the game, fixed it for a few days and now im back to stuttering. if this means ive got to uninstall and re install every time then the game can stay un installed

I run the game at abt 400fps but sometimes it bugs and caps at 60 and then i get tons of stutter until i set my settings to low preset specifically and then manually change the particular settings myself, bug happens on minimizing then maximizing but sometimes also when i launch a game (at the start of the game)

Omg this stuttering made me uninstall cs2 a week ago after failing to resolve the issue. The problem was consistent like, it stutters whenever an enemy is near or about to appear in my pov. Just messed up my gaming experience. I'll try this when i install the game again.
