befor using the command valve fix this and no longer do thta but theres simple way to fix that

first type sv_cheats 1 or sv_cheats true

after that paste the command
r_drawparticles 0; r_drawskybox 0; mat_fullbright 1;

И ещё врубить в Hialgo Boost. И разрешение экрана поставить 800х600. Выкинуть большой монитор и брать квадратный монитор из 2007. Дальше удалить КС 2 и ставить 1.6 и насладится лучами RTX в Geforce 9500GT.
