I would add that ketones are the preferred fuels for our heart and brain. PLUS, there's NO insulin spikes with no quick releases of sugar from carbs. Insulin is appsolutely necessary but appsolutely harmful when in excess.

We are made to be in ketosis. We were never meant to be running on carbs all the time. The only cell in your body that cant use ketones is blood, and everything else works better on ketones, more efficient.
