It’s good to go up to category 7. We need to know the strength of the winds, storm surges, and flooding. A cat 5 160 wind speed will have a far different effect from a 215 mph Patricia. We shouldn’t base it on damage, but affects of the atmosphere and weather conditions.

I would say definitly as water temperature recorded in the summer of 2023 was a 101°F just off the coast of florida at key largo...That's almost hot enough for a hot tub...

For those who remember what Andrew did to Florida {It did not stop until it got to Texas), think of it like this: a 6 will be 10x worse. And wherever it hits, well, let’s just say, there’s not gonna “be an after”.

Storm surge scale? A 35 foot storm surge isn’t enough information?

Yes I think it’s time to have a Category 6 one of those storms should be Hurricane Dorian of 2019

You'll all be eating one another after a week of no food....I saw the effects of drastic hunger as we got further and further out where there was nothing left to eat at sll...not a single piece of bread...they even took the salad croutons...nothing left but pets and people....well you all can do the math on how that would play out a week later...

157 mph, 215 mph - both are bad enough to be a 5. No need to have another category.

Intriguing, i always knew there was more to life and i have also been looking for a way to find not only protection but a way to be influential to the human society.
