(I did the source 2 port, putting the head on the redmenace bodies, adding the face flexes)
(THG is doing polish on the source 2 port, face flexes, textures, normal maps, and some mesh modifications.)
The model is made from heavily modifying the hl2 survivor head, putting it on the redmenace and smug hla gordon outfits, giving him hair and beard from hla gordon, and the death stranding Gordon glasses. And then adding more modifications after that.

Fun fact: In the lore of half-life, vortigunts memories and experiences are shared similar to a hivemind and every moment second and minute across all timelines is shared within current time everywhere for each of them. So in a way, that vortigunt is endlessly being killed while teaming up with gordon and the resistance while being on xen while looking at him in real time. Hope you can wrap your head around that loll.

As one other comment mentioned it, using his HEV model for the background figures/manifestations was definitely the right choice. BUT instead of using the new HL:A HEV Gordon model and calling it a day, using the HL1 Box Art/PS2 model was FUCKING BRILLIANT. I absolutely fucking love it when I see smart details like these and the meanings behind them. I've seen some other videos of yours before but this alone straight up secured you top 3 for me as a HL SFM memes and recreations maker along with the likes of the legend CoreyLaddo and such. Big props.
