If you're in a serious relationship and wondering if it's time to pop the question, there are some signs to look out for. One of the most important things to consider is whether you and your partner share the same goals and values. If you're both on the same page about your future together, that's a great sign that it's time to take things to the next level.

Another key factor is how you feel when you're with your partner. Are you happy, fulfilled, and supported? Do you feel like you can be yourself around them? These are all indicators that you're in a healthy and loving relationship.

Other signs to look out for include feeling ready for the commitment of marriage, having the support of friends and family, and having open and honest communication with your partner. If you're feeling confident about these factors, it may be a good time to start thinking about proposing.

In our video, "Signs It's Time to Propose," we'll delve deeper into these indicators and provide helpful tips and advice for making this important decision. We'll also discuss the importance of timing, how to choose the right engagement ring, and other key factors to consider. Growing up with divorced parents no one has really taught me about marriage and what it entails. I've never known what it means except let's be together for the rest of our lives, which always scared me... Your videos are teaching me so much about relationships no one has ever told me. Please never take down your videos, you are a godsent Adam ❤️

I think this a great guide for relationships 😊 thank you !

I'm going to watch this with my girlfriend after the vasopressin bonding ones. I think women really don't understand or underestimate it's importance with men.

Continue the great work 👍

Love your content, especially your advice on how to feel loveable and have healthy, loving, trusting relationships!

Any tips on how to have a great marriage specifically between two people who probably both have undiagnosed ADHD
(as well as possible attachment issues from it going undiagnosed for 37 years)?

*And just in case your advice is to go get diagnosed - I'm seeing a doctor for an ADHD evaluation later this week*

You mentioned that you recorded a video that insecure men would more likely talk to girls and feel threatened by guys. I can't find this video. That's how I feel actually.

Hi Adam. Just found your videos and it is very refreshing to hear. My girlfriend and I are happy, but we have very opposite interests and personalities, which has caused some strain in the past. Do you often see couples who work well despite major differences? Can a couple be too different for it to work? What are the keys to make a relationship with major differences work out? (If you have a video on this topic, I'd love to watch it!)
