There is no Download or even a drop down menu! Just dl'd Rufus fresh from the website! Now what? I only get "Select' that opens a file explorer window

This specific setup can not be created on a Windows 7 machine due to Rufus Version incompatibility. Rufus V3.22 is compatible with 7 but only later Rufus versions support Win 11 Rufus exclusions like removal of TPM security and Local account setup. boo hoo!
