Breakfast of steak and eggs with some veggie scramble.
Rolling smoke and BREAKFAST is served! First time I have done steak and eggs for breakfast. I had filet marinating but a change in the football schedule meant I could not make it for dinner tonight as planned. So I asked Mama Bear if she wanted filet mignon steak and eggs for breakfast, and she did. Steak was marinated in Coca-Cola and garlic….yep. Veggies and eggs were done on the griddle with Chupacabra seasoning. Veggies were potato, bell pepper, onion, and jalapeño. My kitchen dicer came in clutch, as the onions were weapons grade teargas. I made a 1 minute video of the cooking process.
