Randomly my right knee will lock up with an intense pain when it is being straightened, Im not sure the range of motion that causes it but I generally think that its whenever I bend it too far while putting weight on it. I have to straighten it again to make the pain leave which results in a massive pop and it feels like my whole knee shifts when I put it back to normal. Super frustrating to deal with.

Could you try and demenstrate what happens when the knee gets crushed. For example years ago my right knee got crushed by a 3.5 tonne van. It got crushed from the right hand side and the inside of my knee, so the left side, was against a steel post box and is where the break happened. The front and back didnt get physically touched by anything but obviously my entire knee has suffered. Just interested to see what went on internally immediatly during and after the impact. Cheers 👍

What about when I get on my knees and I try to let my back touch the floor I feel a deep pop in my knee is it different from a regular elbow pop and my elbow does that also at certain times my elbow wants to pop and it hurts till I straighten my arm out to pop it, just want to know why it does that 😊

sometimes i have discomfort in knee, when i open there’s klick noise and discomfort disappears, is it dangerous?

My left knee and ankle pop and I get pain in my left hip it's so discomfort, especially climbing stairs it happens continuously every step I take

I can hear my knee popping/clicking sound when I extend my leg and sometimes when I bend it back while standing/ going up stairs or sometime like that. I don’t feel any pain. It’s just appeared after I woke up from sleep back in February. Is there any fix for this? The popping is annoying
