When you feel empty, know this

when you feel empty it's not because you're doing something bad or that you are bad, it's rather that you are connecting to a space within you that was holding an untruth and all of those untruths are being emptied out. Welcome the emptiness, it's a space within you that is being cleansed and cleared

The bravest of the brave will invite that emptiness in, knowing that it merely the acknowledgement of a substancelessness that is leaving.

There is another time when we will feel empty and that is when we feel devoid of the story, devoid of the lie. Both will bring in a sensation of emptiness and neither is bad. The empty feeling always leaves when it becomes filled with truth/light.
