How To Hang Cabinets By Yourself

The Kreg Cabinet Installation System has brackets that help position your wall cabinets and hold them in place while you mount them to the wall. You could use a cheap or free board that’s straight screwed to the wall to rest the cabinets on and remove it later on

Just use a French cleat. Much stronger and permanent.

Looks a lot like Ikea kitchen cabinets. Why design your own when you can just copy the Swedish.
