Doing my first ACX for Amazon - my own book - and this has been very helpful. As funds allow, I'll likely take the full $200 course since I expect to be using Audacity a lot! Thanks, new sub. Very helpful.

Thank you so much. Your tutorial has made my life so much easier. I am looking to buy your course when I am ready to create an audiobook - which is one of my goals.

I am recording my podcast and would love to share my first episode with you. Would that be okay with you?

You have been of tremendous help. Thank you once again.

Hi, I use MP3 files (Backtracks) for my Solo Act. Is there a way I can get them "Reasonably" balanced for playpack so I'm not riding the volume fader all the time?

Why does the audio track stop scrolling across the screen while playing back? What setting is needed to get the audio track to advance while playing? (not sure I explained that correctly)

Is there an easier way to get to the "Get Noise Profile" function than going through the menu tree and clicking the button? Like a shortcut?

Ive been using audacity for many years & like it. But now the last few versions I get a quick static at around 1:30 in & it comes back every few minutes at the same time. The static is on a word & lasts maybe 1/4 of a second. I upped buffer to 550 from 100 & it still makes the static. Its not my mic or cables or any plugins. Its something in audacity. Anyone have this & fix for it? Im gonna have to find another software to record in if I cant fix this. I want to keep using it but I cant have a static sound constantly every few minutes. The 1st one always starts at 1:30 . Anyone have any idea?

As I was listening this became too fast for a beginner, well for me anyway, especially 3/4 in to the video. 🙃

Is it ironic to use a flat, bland, metronome-timed AI-generated narrator-voice for a video about an audio recorder?

Is it me or does this sound like an AI clone voice?
