Stereo Mix wasn't an option. Instead, when you open Audacity click "Audio Setup" In Audio Settings > Host: Windows WASAPI > Playback Device: Speakers > Recording > Device: Speakers

Audacity Settings>Host > Windows Wasapi
Audacity Settings>Recording Device >Speaker (Realtek Audio)
Main Computer Speaker is set to Speaker (Realtek Audio)
