I had unbearable pain yesterday and i tried every natural sources to sooth the pain and it actually worked, literally the pain in my ear faded
Here are some tips:

1) peel a clove of garlic and warm it a little then put it in your ear hole, sounds skeptical but you won’t regret it

2) put a drop of olive oil in your ear hole, i did this few hours after taking the clove of garlic out.

3) drink warm water and gargle with salty, warm water, these tips sooth the throat

4) walk outside and get some fresh air, think positively and don’t let the pain control you, and always walk with your head titled up.

And yeah, i was complaining the night before, i wouldn’t say I’m perfectly fine now but it’s a huge difference, at least i can sleep peacefully now.

Steam bowls help with the pain... Boil water and add a few drops of rosemary and lavender.. Cover head with a towel and tilt your head..

I don't get why people say its not painful. Call me a wuss but I hate this pain more them any pain I've ever felt . I would rather have a 6 foot 3 guy beat me up repeatedly then it. The worst pain I've felt and I'm 17 still getting them!. Also my doctor said my ear drums are scarred. Any 1 know what that means let me know ASAP
