Hey there! I really appreciate this video as it lead to me just fixing mine! I didn’t have a hex tool large enough to fit, and didn’t realize there was a slot I could insert a flat head.
Although, mine was so stuck that it almost broke the white plastic part of the scrub brushes.

So I then tried to turn the middle brush to no avail.
So I grab brush 2 and 4 and try to spin it the opposite direction and after a few tries it finally got loose.
Turned it on, wiggled it around a little and it works!

I guess I just want to share to anyone else in this boat, don’t be like me and almost break that white plastic part 😅

But that’s totally my bad. I didn’t realize I was warping it and how bad mine was stuck
