Hey, Tom. Great video. Your content is always based on reason and logic. Minimalistic, simplistic, and elegant. Two quick questions: What basket did you use? and Which basket would you recommend for gaggia classic pro machine with a bottomless portafilter? Warm regards.

I ordered bottomless portafilter, tried fine coffee, finer, thicker can't make it work like you Tom...so I'm using the pressurized bucket..any tips? Thanks

Hey... many seconds for the long black and how many ml/mg out? You did 16g in? But how much out?

Man that's awesome
I need a grinder like that..and an espresso mashine like that too.
But I can't afford it. But hopefully one day 👍👍👌

Did you stop pulling like 1 second in then restarted? What does that do? Is that mimicking a pre infusion?

Hi, what's the name of the tool you used before tamping the coffee. Been trying to find one but cant find the name😅

Is there a reason my arte looking like its shitting out coffee? But if i make the grind any finer it goes all the way into the red zone and very bitter.

What do you do for your preinfusion? And what’s your extraction time?

I’ve got a PID installed and OPV spring swapped. The dimmer switch is next on my list.

That's a lot of water coming through. Probably why it was such a short time for that shot.

that's not a long black, you brew the espresso over water, not pour it over.

Todo salió bien excepto que arruinó el expreso 😮

Lol. You guys weigh the espresso? WDT? No time for that. Eyeball it, tamp it send it and drink it. Done.
Of course my grinder does exactly ONE dose exactly for my cheapo 51mm Delonghi so no measuring needed. 😁 I DO use a wrist timer of 30 seconds. Beautiful espresso.
