great workflow ... similar with mine .. I also use 18gram : 36gram yield and try to get it within 20-30 seconds. I use 195gram milk and pouring into 300ml cup

What do you think about gaggia? I’ve been thinking about buying it, because is very affordable. However, I’ve seen a lot of videos saying that it’s a great machine as long as you do some modifications. To be fair I really don’t want to mess with that, and also I would have to spend more money, taking the whole purpose of getting an espresso maker on a budget. So what are your thoughts about the machine with the original set up? Thank you very much!
