Brian - Thank you for another excellent video from yourself and Melissa. This is a wonderful new direction from EnterpriseDNA and the quality of these videos are a major step up.

I also want to give kudos for your notes above where you break out each section of your lengthy video. This is a simple but very effective way to allow users to quickly jump back to a section. As you've probably seen many times on this channel in comments, my only suggestion is to provide a sample PBIX file to avoid having to type it all out ourselves. As another YT channel frequently says, "not lazy just efficient".

Regardless, this series by yourself and Melissa is brilliant. Looking forward to more videos from both of you in 2021.

Thanks very much for this. The "inside range" filter works great with tables but I'm having trouble getting it to work with things like cards and gauges - where you can drag the filter into the visuals but you're unable to set it to filter to 1.

thanks for sharing. I am working currency data base where i used Xe.com to get currency. but i am getting live exchange rate. is their any way if we can use date in Xe.com & retrieve historical data. please advise

MIN ( Dates[Date] ) is syntax sugar for MINX ( Dates, [Date] ). The inner working of the DAX engine is the same for both functions. There is no performance to be gained by using one over the other.
