iPhone 6s : How to Factory Reset

A factory reset will delete all data and settings. It will basically bring your phone back to the way it was right out of the box. So please be sure to back up your phone first if you can. You have many ways to backup your iPhone eg., iTunes, iCloud, Flickr, Google photos, manually save the videos and photos you want, etc,
