Idk. I have normal calcium levels but my hand does that when cuff is too tight

Mine occurs on few occasions without the blood pressure cuff on And then it goed away on it's own. My own comes along with tightness of chest and shortness of breathe as well with nervousness... Very annoying and disturbing experience.

Is there anything else that can cause this? I have gotten trousseau sign both on a blood pressure cuff and off, but my doctor never mentioned a calcium deficiency

I have chvostek sign but my calcium levels are fine? Why??
