Trousseau’s sign

This video shows the positive response to Trousseau’s sign.
It was performed by inflating the arm cuff to 30 mm Hg above tge systolic pressure. The response was seen in less than a minute. The test is negative if no auch response occurs till 3 min. This patient had hypocalcemia due to idiopathic hypoparathyroidism.
