The time has come! The BigTime boys are getting back to wrenching in the garage with Jobe's Nissan S14.

A broke, sad looking project car that's been neglected for nearly 4 years. But today’s the day we change that - Welcome to Big Time!

No matter how big this channel gets, PLEASE don’t ever forget this format. Big budgets and fancy shops don’t make a channel… it’s the people and the projects. Hunting for a tools in a buddy’s garage and making multiple Harbor Freight runs is something we can actually relate to.

Is it awkward if I dreamt about this last night? That's my bad.
Love seeing folks doing what they want to do!

This is one of the briefest engine rebuild videos I’ve ever seen, while covering just enough detail and explanation on some of the most tedious areas. Truly well done!

32 minutes of non sponsored, uninterrupted, pure engine building bliss. So happy you guys left and so happy for you for re-finding the thing you enjoy!

THIS is the content that we've been missing since you left the garage! Ironically the self-same garage that we just vibed for 32 minutes of an engine being built. With the boys, for the boys, just like old times. Keeping it real with the delivery driver and the mild editing makes it feel like really hanging & twisting wrenches IRL with the guys. People > Product.

I love how wholesome environment in the garage. Doggo barking, camera guy sneezing, random person walking by. I see a good future for this channel. 👍

Realistic car, realistic budget, building out the garage, the hanging out with the buds vibe. This is what its all about. This is relatable, educational, and entertaining, as it should be. Looking forward to more!

THIS is what Donut should’ve been for the last couple years. Guys with everyday cars and a limited budget, not a $100k+ budget and an insane project you couldn’t do at home

Great video guys! Just a tip, when using especially the micrometer (this is true for a Pachymeter too, but it already has less precision then a micrometer), always read the measurement without removing the micrometer from the object you are measuring if possible. Micrometers are really sensitive and you can change the measurement quite significantly when removing it, also, when you remove the micrometer with it locked on the object you can wear the surface way more than usual, and that is really sensitive, so you will have a decalibrated micrometer pretty fast, giving you wrong measurements. Also, when removing it from the object, always retract the spindle first. (I'm a mechanical engineer)

This is the level of depth I'm looking for when looking for some automotive entertainment. Not a full-on tutorial that would be 20+ hours, an overview of the build process, the neat tools involved, explanations of what you're looking for and why things are being changed. I really appreciate this level of detail because I know how long this took and how relatively short this video is.

This is legit all we want. Some bros working in cars, explaining the simple things and laughing/having a good time. We don’t even need high quality, fast edits or a concrete story line. Just bring us along for the ride in the garage boys. Great work 🔥

Hey guys, mechanical engineer here and this is the content I loved to watch on donut. I remember Zach doing the money pit episodes in the garage/driveway on the Miata and I was hooked. I really enjoy the builds in the garage because it is something we can all relate to. This is very informative and you don’t need to spend big bucks to do this. Please keep it up!

THIS 👏🏻 IS 👏🏻 THE 👏🏻 CONTENT 👏🏻 WE 👏🏻 WANT 👏🏻 (and top gear style cheap car modifying road trip adventures) but just some homies working on cars on a garage in a professional format! Also I love the setting, a regular, so-cal garage with palm trees outside is perfect

I appreciate the simple editing. No flash-bang meme clip nonsense. Just a couple friends with good on-camera chemistry having a genuine time working on an exciting yet humble (for modern youtube standards) project.
Keep it going, guys!

Did you guys see LTT Linus Tech Tips wants to sponsor you guys and give you guys free tools. they said they email you and the biggest Tech youtuber wanting to colab with you guys is a major nod to how much people respect and like you guys

One of the only car channels I’ve heard go for a Harbor Freight run. I’m all for it, keep this format for which most builds happen.

I love that they feel confident and comfortable enough to let the scenes hold and the silence draw out, not feeling the need to shove cuts and effects in our faces. Feels much more chill.

I think the harbor freight run that included a missed phone call and the need to go back is the most relatable part of this video. I'm sure that sort of charm is what you guys wete hoping for with this channel and yall definitely delivered for the first vid!
