How To Lucid Dream!

Whenever I begin to know I’m dreaming, I wake up for some reason. Does any one agree?

I can actually control my dreams sometimes but other times I don’t have any control over my dreams and now I might control my dreams

Yes! I love to lucid dream! For the ones reading this who are interested in lucid dreaming, when you're able to recognize that it's a dream pretty easily, remember that controlling things in your dream can be pretty difficult. But with practice, it'll be a piece of cake! I haven't gotten that far, but I hope to one day! Btw, my favorite part of lycid dreaming is being able to wake yourself up when you want to. I've had lucid dreams that start to go bad and I try to change it, but it doesn't work, so I just wake myself up. It's hard to explain how to, but i think there might be a tutorial somewhere...

I have a tip for lucid dreaming,
If you think you are in a lucid nightmare,
Do not panic, it will only make it worse.
Make a circle around yourself, and imagine, “These monsters cannot pass this circle.”

I recently had a dream. The only part of it I remember us being in a tank (the military kind) that had windows. I remember that it was the first dream I knew I was dreaming in, as I didn’t throw up as I said it. Anyway, tank got flooded, and I swam out of mg bed. Then I woke up. In that order.

Ok, I need someone’s help here!!! So as a kid I had lucid dreams on very regular basis! And I could remember every small detail! So on Jan. 1, 2010, I was diagnosed with a brain tumor! Which affected the sleep center of the brain!!! And ever since I can recall only instance where not did have a dream, but actually being able to remember that I did dream. Maybe not in such vivid detail as before!!! Am I not getting into the R.E.M. sleep? If anyone could shed a little more light on this subject I’d be very grateful!!!
