I'm not a scientist but I am a very qualified health practitioner.
My little girl got diagnosed two years ago and last week we purchased some red light panels.
All I'm saying is that since my girl did 2 x 20 minutes a week, her sugars have been 88% in range!!!!

Ive been doing red light for many years. It is incredible. You must do it a minimum of 3 times a week. At 3 weeks youll start seeing slight changes then 3 months people will ask you what youre doing differently. It stimulates collagen production in turn making you look younger. It can help with circulation, metabolism, sleep, libido, chicken skin, reduce/rid scarring and the list goes on. Who wouldnt want to look and feel better!

I have been using red light for 6 months and just realized yesterday that not only have my eyes not gotten any worse at my last checkup, I am able to use the prescription from over a year ago and it feels better. The benefits are endless and I’m so glad to have it.

You are absolutely right that the morning sun regulates your circadian rhythm! When I got Covid, my body completely lost its ability to recognize when it was time to go to sleep and when to wake up. I forced myself to get up and go outside at sunrise and also sunset, and it worked like a miracle. That was 3 years ago and I still go outside and ground myself and enjoy the sunrise. (I also attempt to go out as much as possible for sunset.) My circadian rhythm is better than it has ever been in my entire life. I am excited that our fitness center just got a red light sauna! I love it!

I’ve been using red light therapy for about a week. I am not joking when I say my chicken skin, the irritating ugly hard red bumps all over my arms and legs are 90% GONE for the first time in my entire life. I haven’t seen any anti aging yet and can’t really say I feel better energy wise or mods wise yet or maybe I don’t realize it but my skin has never been this smooth. I’m sold. I use it for at least an hour a day though and just lay in the red light and watch a movie. It’s so relaxing!

There's loads of positive research on DPLT red light therapy out there. The idea is that certain wavelengths of light basically supercharge cellular energy levels and other stuff, allowing the body to do what it's supposed to do if it is operating at peak efficiency.

Gary has been making his rounds . He is very intelligent and interesting. As far as methylated vitamins at the very least they seem to have made a difference with mental and physical well being after about 90 days combined with eating as much whole foods as you can afford. Cutting crappy carbs and a intermittent fasting is huge from personal experience.

I don't buy these expensive panels, I buy the high-powered 660nm grow lights, the ones used for flowering. I have several of them I lay under, 10 minutes on a side.

I bought a panel a year ago. It has smoothed my face and my stomach is flatter because I wrap it a few times a week. Game changer.

I don’t use eye cover when using red light, I don’t need reading glasses at 52 yo. My skin is so good and i use caster oil mix with cerave body lotion on my face. Oh my world ! Everyone asks me what i have been doing with my face and my skin. Brilliant stuff 650 half body one.

My panel gets me through Ehlers Danlos hypermobility pain. Also my vision is now too good for my prescription reading glasses after 6 months

Just learning about redlight therapy but i also thinks its interesting that in jaundice babies, they use blue light therapy too

I started using red light and near-infrared light 10 mins for the front and 5 mins for the back and I had the best sleep ever.
