This is very well explained sis, thank you for your knowledge! I have never heard of this plant, so this is a treat to learn about.

Side note: your vids have greatly assisted with my drive to learn and POSITIVELY ID wild edibles and medicinals 🙏🏼👍🏼

Thank you so much for your info. it is nice to hear from a gorgeous goddess such as yourself 💓
I've been picking fitted heads in the Kootenays in BC around the Nelson county road since the fifth of April. My mother taught me how to forge them when I was about 3 years old along with many other plants and these have always been a favorite.I like to steam them about about 8 minutes
Then saute them for about 3 to 5 minutes longer with an onion chopped up butter black pepper couple hole or diced cloves of garlic and a tiny pinch of Chinese allspice 🤤 sounds so good while I was typing it I just went out and picked a bunch this morning and I'm going to be cooking them just like that right now

Hi. thank you for the video. I noticed you didn't talk about the poisonous ones that you briefly mentioned?

I live in the deep south of Texas (closer to Mexico) and am curious to know which prairie or backyard plants are safe for medicinal use. Thank you! 🙏

Thanks for the identification tips. I guess I have been eating the wrong fiddleheads because I did not feel well after eating them
