I spent weeks with some of the greatest Pizza Chefs and I have learned so much especially about Neapolitan Pizza. Now that I have more knowledge I love making pizzas at least once a week. I have 2 wood fired ovens (a big one and a small one) but not everyone does. So how do you cook Pizza at home if you don't have a wood fired oven? The max temperature my home oven can reach is 250°C - 482°F which is not enough for a Neapolitan Pizza. So is it possible? Check out this video because I might be able to do it

Pre-baking the dough and then adding the toppings! That's the answer, I never pre-baked the dough. It was always too soft or it was okay, but the toppings were burnt. How on earth could I've been so stupid.

I used to work at an Italian pizza shop. Not a chain restaurant. We made everything from scratch. Even the pizza dough and we used authentic Italian ingredients and we made the best itialin pizza in the whole state

I couldn't find pizza stone to buy, so glued two ceramic plates with heat resistant stuff u use for furnaces (nothing toxic) and it works great...
Thanks for the idea, cause my oven is really poor. It took over 15 min to bake pizza before and it never satisfied me. Now it's done in less then 10...
