I think in this movie the most, call it sweet or whatever you want to call it moment, that snape did. Was when Lupin turned into a werewolf. Snapes first instinct was protect the children.

He moved himself between the kids and Lupin. And even after Lupin knocked them to the ground he still tried to protect them

The fact that everyone is arguing in the comments and that no one understands is that Snape doesn't let Harry hit Sirius with the head flick, he just doesn't disarm Harry and doesn't say anything when he raises his wand. Fun fact: if you pause at the exact moment Snape is thrown off, you can see the stunt double's face well.
