The yellow shaft you are thinking about is the PTO shaft. it provides power to whatever tool you are using at the time using the tractors engine as the power source.

The yellow "shaft" is a PTO shaft - power take-off shaft. The PTO is usually a splined(geared) shaft that takes power from an engine to spin multiple things. Water Pumps, hydraulic pumps, tillers, grain augers, anything that spins or rotates. Love the video. Also, the only thing the strait header does is cut the crop and feed the crop into the combine. Some straight headers have air bars to blow certain crops into the feeder house. Keep posting vids!

With the Seasonal Calendar, this game seems to have you relying on Contracts until you have enough fields to do harvests every month.

With the exception of the combine and the front end equipment I love all the American equipment. This is only the second installment in the franchise to use the world famous John Deere, but I also like Case IH, New Holland and Krone.

What I love about these fictional towns in game, is that you can choose whatever state you want it to be in as long as the scenery is I he is identical.
