HTML5 and CSS3 Beginner Tutorial 1 - Introduction, + downloading the software

You made it so that I understand both HTML and CSS and I thank you more than you could possibly know. My current college throws three accelerated classes at you meant to train you in web design. The time allowed to absorb it all is insufficient and you never grasp it due to frivolous busy work that takes away from learning. Because it is online you cannot ask questions. I came here so I could understand what is never addressed. The what and why of it so that I can understand the application. Now I feel like I got it after many frustrated hours and no answers. So thank you and I will be following you. I will also tell all my friends and share with my classmates. You are the greatest and thanks again.

Hello Quentin. I just want to say THANKS!!! The thing is that my friend (he's a senior Python developer) showed me this course a couple years ago and told me: "Check these tutorials out. It might be helpful for you tounderstand the basics of web development". As I was going to become a front-end developer at that time - I started to watch you videos every day and practicing. Then I quit my awful job and started to spent more time watching you videos.
Eventually, I did not succeed in front-end area as a developer. But I am a project manager in a small Web Dev company.

I used CamStudio for this video, when I edited it in windows movie maker I saved it as 1080p, but they qaulity is not that great. In my JavaScript series I moved over to Camtasia studio which is much higher quality but has a built in editor that only saves in 720p.

Another excellent reason for using Notepad++ is because it offers the option to launch in whichever browser and it shows what your coding will look like in that browser; since it won't always look the same in each browser, and it should be checked in advance.
