Have you ever heard the expression "precedence"? In this particular case "cascaded precedence"? The cascaded coming from "Cascading Style Sheets".

Putting EVERY character on my editor screen EXACTLY as it shows on yours, validator likes it, but NOTHING shows up in a browser! What's up with that?

I have got EVERY letter, symbol in place, as you show it, but the letters color:blue do not come up in blue, and the saved page is NOT blue! What's going on?
