The New Convenant speaks of being a cheerful giver not a cheerful tither. We can never outgive God: we dont give to be blessed, but we give because we are blessed. Like Ephesians 2 it says we are saved to do good works. Corinthians we should not give under compulsian but what we have purposed in our hearts. The real picture of the church is found in the book of Acts, they gave to those in need, not to enrich the preacher. I love to be generous in Gods kingdom. Pastor Vlad you are precious

Vlad, we listen to you from The Uk with husband. Thank you for this preaching about tithing. It’s like 100% to me. I’ve donated how much I could. And I see that you are really a Gods messenger. God bless you, your family and your ministry! Amen! 🙏 ❤

Vlad,
thank you as always so much for this wonderful sermon.
I came LOOKING for a tithing video that would make me feel convicted in a good, healthy, & motivating way.
✅ This did it🎉

Really thank you so much!!!

😊 Now I feel motivated in my heart to give, instead of how I felt before, which was that I felt like I had to.🥰💸

No church should use people tithe for themselves but for improvement of the church and programs for the less fortunate.

Christians don't have to pay tithe but to give freely. Helping the ministry and also mankind with what we have.
Tithe is not a mandatory for Christians.

In a world dominated by money it says a lot to tithe. I understand the spirit that comes upon those who are offended by the subject, but while God Loves us all, Tithing is one way to separate ourselves from the world, and even separate ourselves from believers who don’t obey the Law.
I pray that God abundantly rewards those who been faithful to the Law.

He has. I give 10-20% and never felt a negative impact. The Lord is great.

Here are a few key points that everyone needs to understand, on the topic of tithing:
(1) Levites receive tithes, and no one else. God Himself mandated this (see Numbers 18:21-22).
(2) The tithe of Abraham to Melchizeded was a tithe of tradition, not religion, becasue there were no religious or legal requirement to tithe, as he did.
(3) The tithe promised by Jacob was similarly one of tradition, not a religious observance
(4) No gentile has ever been required to tithe in the Old testament. Only Jews. And only to Levites, because of Numbers 18:21-22.
(5) No gentile has ever been asked to tithe in the New Testament, and certainly, not the church
(6) Every mention to tithe in the New Testament was directed to Jews, as was required by the law of Moses, never to Gentiles
(7) Gentile believers were never required to live by the law of Moses in the New Testament; this law is what mandated tithing.

Concerning giving, or tithing, or prosperity, Malachi 3:8-12 is not the full counsel of God. It is an excerpt, quoted to the church for centuries (believe it or not), which is a misrepresentation of God's counsel. We've accepted it because that's what we have always been taught. The last thing to get saved is always peoples wallet! If you like what your Church does and want it to survive you need to give. Simple as that.

But if I may ask, should tithe be money or even fruits, animals, birds

Preaching contrary to the good news, Christ already set us free to slavery of the law, Christians are not under obligation to the law of Moises.

We want to prosper that’s why many fall for Malachi 3:7-12 without studying the scripture. This was addressed to the eleven tribes of Israel the Levites being exempted because they are temple workers(the high priest, priests and the rest) The Levites were given the responsibility of collecting the tithe and part of it was their inheritance.
When Jesus Christ became our High Priest that office of the Levites was abolished. The Levites ran out of business because the one perfect sacrifice has been offered. Besides Jesus ordered the temple to be demolished. That was the end of tithe for the Levites. So after the cross there was no more tithe and to support Jesus ministry the scriptures say go to 2 Corinthians 9:6- . Now every believer is a priest- 1 Peter 2:9 and Revelation 1:5-6. Tradition is what many preachers are following e.g. Christmas, Easter, etc Jesus never asked us to do them.

Tithing wasn't "giving" in the bible since it was compulsory. Biblical tithes were not received as money, and the ceremonial and civil ordinances that facilitated tithing under the Old covenant are obsolete. We are free to give and we are able and convicted but not bound to pay money to a religious institution (or anywhere else).

Does God say we have to give the whole 10% to the church we are members to? Or, can a portion go to different foundations/poor people?
