Try Haggis and egg toasties. Spread your bread outer with butter. Then what you do is put butter to butter sides of bread. You then cover the slice of bread with cooked cold haggis, making a small well in the middle of the haggis.you then crack a fresh egg. Putting the butter side down of the slice of bread in to the frying pan or toaster and then the other slice butter side up covering the haggis and egg. Allow to cook (turning frequently) for about 7 minutes or until the toastie is golden brown on both sides. Egg yoke will still be just soft. You don't need a pannini press or a toaster to make toasties. A flat cooking surface is all you need, even in a lorry cab.
