I once delivered food to a house with this product. The LEDs are crazy bright, they do not disappoint, it is painfully bright but can dim

Again, marketing is on POINT! Loving the products and loving the marketing.

Best installation that I’ve ever seen. Bravo.

I tried to install this yesterday. My spotlights are mounted to a normal 4" surface mount round junction box. The base diameter of the Wyze floodlight is 5" so it does not fit. The Ring floodlight also has a larger diameter but they include an adapter plate to handle this problem. Wyz does not include any kind of adapter. If you have a surface mount junction box you will have to make your own adapter or return the product. There is nothing in the Wyze literature that addresses this problem.

we installed the light and switch on. light was one for like 5 seconds and not 30 seconds long. red dot light is blinking. follow app instruction asking to press SETUP but this cam does not have one.

Update: the SETUP bottom is under the camera once you lift the cam up. It did take a while moving the cam to scan the QR code on phone but eventually worked.

'Sensor level with the ground' - what does that mean? The sensor is a hemispherical shape.

If I was to drill a hole to my external wall to instal this, can someone please tell me how big the hole should be to insert the wire through to connect to the electrical box?

Hmm, in your video you state something about a 20amp circuit, then later the breaker you turned off was labeled as a 15amp breaker. Consistency is the key to people getting it right. Just say'n...

You guys should start fixing your other products instead of coming out with new ones. I was a fool to buy about 8 wyze products, and only half of them work as expected. One of the wireless outdoor cameras still show 0% after being fully charged and 2 wired cams don't display a picture. And don't get me started on the motion sensing sensors.

Work on quality, not quantity of your products.

Sensor should sit level with the ground. What does that mean? The sensor is spherical is shape

Do not buy these floodlights unless you want to continuously get the ladder out and force reset these. These cameras can not stay connected for anything (distance from the router is not an issue)

Don't see any instructions where to use the a b and c screws

There are other ways to mount, but you will be making a trip to Home Depot to do it.

Kinda weird you can't unscrew the camera with a normal thread. If the camera fails, you should be able to replace it- without replacing the light.

My floodlight is mounted 12 ft. from the ground. It only turns on when person/object is within five feet. Manual says 30 ft at that height.

I just purchased one at home depot and it's installed, I go to "add device" and it's not listed? So, now I removed my light that was working fine and I don't have any light now ... this could be a MAJOR PROBLEM if I can't set this up by tonight?

The LIGHR SCREW is too short for my stucco wall. I stuck there (2:37) for a long time until I found another longer screw somewhere else :(
