Last year, 18-year-old Georgia tuned in to an episode of Dr. Phil in which Mark Anthony and his then Russian fiancée, Marina, were desperately looking for Dr. Phil to give them relationship advice. I’ve noticed Dr. Phil has had several narcissists on his show lately, which is actually a good thing because people don’t know that these people actually exist in their own lives. Seeing one on tv like this textbook example can help educate others on these kind of people and navigate away from them.

I remember when I was 17 yo, I was approached by some "older" guy on the street. He pulled his car over on the busy turnpike just to try to convince me that he was a modeling scout. He also started asking me sexual questions and actually coerced me into touching his thigh (what was I thinking???). What a perv. He had offered me a ride home after I refused to oblige/listen to him any further. I said, "No thanks. Thanks for the compliments but I'm not getting into any car with you." Something like that (it was long time ago). Then later on, when I told my BF about it, he said the guy was probably scouting for girls for kiddie porn. He was so angry he wanted to "kill" this stranger we'd never see again. Young girls have to be extremely careful of men that use these obvious lines IRL AND online.
