you can literally see how uncomfortable she is. this is not okay at all she was literally a CHILD. Dr. Phil you need to take responsibility for this. You have got to issue a public apology to her and all the other kids that were sent there against their will. you don't teach children by punishing them horribly. that's going to make it so much worse, you'll be left with a kid with trauma AND behavioral issues.
