I've meditated in quite a few different ways but this has by far been the more immersive, healing, effective, nourishing, intensely beautiful visualizations I've ever experienced. Watching the low vibrational/negative energy being transmuted into colors dancing in the horizon like northern lights was one of my favorite inner sights to see/feel. It was so so infinitely transformative I feel renewed, balanced, and at harmony with my body, mind, and spirit. I am so greatful to have tuned into this meditation ! Thank you a million times, Rasa. I'd just like to say thank you so much for these meditations. I have been going through what I've read is "The dark night of the soul" or so I think, maybe its a regression?- either way it made meditation super hard for me to tap into due to lack of focus and fear based thoughts. I have relied heavily on meditating for the past year and not being able to do them for these last two weeks caused a great deal of distress-- But my goodness, I swear this particular meditation just brought me back. I concentrated, was able to focus finally and afterwards I got that dreamy, light, and airy feeling again. I came across this meditation by chance, searching for a spirit guide connection meditation. It was only through the electrical impulses I felt, and each corresponding area of the body twitching as the electrical magnetic fibres scanned my being, did I realise it wasn’t my spirit guides I was connecting with but instead my own soul, body and mind. This meditation worked for me on such a different level and I am so grateful for finding it, accidentally or not. Our bodies, minds and souls will seek out what they need, even if we don’t realise what that is.
