I had a horrible and life threatening Basilar Artery Stroke on 12-01-23. I made it through by the grace of God, and I am so very thankful. As a result, I have rediscovered the power of prayer, and have been eating a more plant based diet, doing exercise, and meditating. My BP is normal, my A1C is normal, I've lost 22 pounds, and am living in peace towards others, and myself. I am a big, tall man, so my new nick name is "The Gentle Giant". This video is crazy, this WORKS.
I’ve been a heavy smoker for two years up to a pack a day. I wouldn’t even talk with anyone about quitting, the thought of quitting gave me extreme anxiety, and I didn’t care enough about my health to even consider making a change. listened to this one night while I was sleeping just wanting any relaxing sound to help me sleep, and when I woke up in the morning I had absolutely no urge, craving, or desire for a cigarette. Even the smell of my boyfriend smoking one kind of made me feel sick. I listened to it for the next two nights and ended up quitting cold turkey. It’s been three weeks, no I’m not pregnant (that was my first thought, but nope). This video was truly the only change to my routine.
